Category: CONFESSIONS OF A PERFORMANCE NINJA
As a special offering through Christmas, I am offering “Confessions of a Performance Ninja” eBook as a freebie.
Their most significant and documented success of nightmare intervention for a person living with PTSD is Russ Carter, an ex-marine Force Recon Scout Sniper and husband of Dr. Williams. That success raised the visibility of threat the CSU team represented by eliminating oral medication entirely. Pharma took notice, and a showdown brings nano-technology designed by Mr. Hightower into play in a confrontation that is going to leave a mark.
The title sets up the story as its logical direction is realized when the AI finally jumps. That’s not a spoiler, because the jump is not what Dr. Williams feared, and it’s not clear how deeply their AI has evolved. Machine learning and the ability to generate AI clones only make matters worse. What is most apparent to me as the author, “Fear the Jump,” covers a lot of ground but never leaves the server…or AIMEE…nobody does.
The relationship between Cara and Russ has something the other needs, but they only realize how much once realities violently rewrite their dreams. Dreamscape Conspiracy was a blast to write, getting to know these two characters. From that I discovered there would be another book to continue where their story led me. And it did—three more times, actually.
The confessions I share combine best practices highlighted as successful, land mines to avoid, and situations from which to flee. This is an exciting time for the “Point-of-Work” discipline, and this book is intended to smooth the transition into a productive future for up-and-coming Ninjas. Black pajamas and cheap sunglasses are optional, but they are very cool.
I’ve written this book for use as a field guide of sorts to be used on the job. There are some best practices highlighted and other opportunities from which to flee. This is an exciting time for the “Point-of-Work” discipline, and this book is intended to smooth the transition into a productive future for up-and-coming Ninjas. Black pajamas and cheap sunglasses are optional, but they are very cool.
What truly sets this book apart is its ability to leave a lasting impact. The mind-blowing revelations and thought-provoking themes lingered with me long after I finished the book. Wise explores profound ideas while delivering an entertaining and thrilling story, making it a remarkable debut.
Dreamscape Conspiracy – Released 3/17/23 This is the first book that morphed into a series – Dreamscape Conspiracy. Dr. Cara Williams, a 32-year-old Clinical Psychologist, has a dark secret she fights to repress. Being the lead researcher on a controversial Dream Therapy project called Dream Weaver, she finds satisfaction in her work until an accident […]
Sadly, if a PWA has yet to be accomplished, there is no validated proof pre-identified that a training solution is all or part of an effective solution. We need validated proof at Levels three & four (observable behavior & financial impact). Since we have yet to return our learners to the field, all we have for proof that we can offer with confidence is based on the Myth, and the only reality that we can rely on and say truthfully is that Training Drives Potential. Indeed, we have butts-in-seat counts, final test scores, and high satisfaction scores, BUT not squat, zip, or nada that prove measurable performance. We’re busy and can prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt, but are we impacting the bottom line?
