This thrilling tale begins in the library of the centuries-old Hawthorne House, where Sandy Tillman selects a leather-bound tome adorned with ornate gold-leaf calligraphy, titled Mirror Mirror. The inscription on the first page read:
“Whoever possesses this book shall have exclusive control of all reflective powers that flow forth when called upon in good stead by the righteous.”
The book failed to indicate that whoever possessed the book would, in turn, be possessed by it. Sandy found out that being possessed by a book was a haunting she did not need, and her ordinary life became terrifyingly extraordinary.
