With October 31st just around the corner, I thought “Mirror Mirror” had some seasonal appeal, despite this adventure stemming from an outrageous Halloween party that started well but ended in disaster. The party itself was great if one ignored a double murder that thwarted an attempted molestation in the library. Oh, and then the hard-to-ignore fire that burned the centuries-old mansion to the ground offered a bit of disruption.
Yes, Sandy was in the middle of it all, and the fallout had just begun, and the ancient, leatherbound tome was the source of an adventure she did not expect…nor want.
With her frightening discovery of an Entity from another dimension residing in a large oval mirror, her mind reeled. Despite the Entity saving her from a sexual molestation by killing the offenders, Sandy was not grateful; she was terrified. It had to be that damn book, “Mirror Mirror.” It made no sense.
The book’s inscription implied that whoever possessed it had access to the powers it promised. What the inscription did not communicate was that whoever had possession Mirror Mirror” opened a paranormal connection to another dimension…and another opportunity to be terrified when Sandy realized she did not possess the book…it possessed her.
Sandy had morphed from a mild-mannered real estate agent who became a convicted murderer, running from law enforcement, through no fault of her own, and drawn into a relationship with an Entity from another dimension she did not want…at first.
