One would think the direct attack that destroyed CSU’s Psych Lab, nearly killing Dr. Cara Williams, the program director, and former Marine Russell Carter, would be enough of a warning to deliver an effective message from Big Pharma demanding that CSU cease and desist further research and analysis on dream therapy solutions. What Pharma didn’t say…if you develop any new innovations that conflict with applications ordinarily handled with pharmaceutical regimens…there will be dire consequences.
What looked like a terminal juncture for their research turned into an incentive to double down on what the new and upgraded Dreamscape 2.0 could produce. They were immediately forced to confront another attack…an internal challenge… an exponential increase in data volume. The analysts could not keep pace, prompting them to pursue integrating Artificial Intelligence into their closed server network. Analysis increased by a factor of ten in pattern recognition and correlation assessment never before possible. Dramatically more granular dream mapping with the 2.0 technology enabled adaption of previously recorded dream captures into manufactured dreams.
AI-generated innovation overlayed still more innovations, and Big Pharma had no plans to back down with their threats, so they shifted to Plan B.
